My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, while a bit smaller, were tastefully decorated in white and grey tones with interesting digital art on the walls. The restaurant was excellent, offering a great dining experience. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with a personal touch like placing a flower in the room. The location, though congested, was easily accessible, making me feel at home. Some improvement could have been made in the dining experience, but the facilities were good.

The hotel rooms were always clean and comfortable, thanks to the housekeeping team for keeping them hygienic. The service encountered from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff was brilliant. The location adds value to the overall package, being in the middle of town with easy access to the Malad West station market. The dining experience was excellent during breakfast, offering a variety of Italian, Continental, and Indian dishes.

The location requires some urgent attention due to its crowded surroundings, although it is convenient and not too far from Radisson Mumbai Goregaon. The dining experience had a wide variety of both European and local cuisine, delicious but pretty ordinary. The facilities are well-equipped with various services like room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and more.

Yet to explore the pool or gym facilities. The service was extra welcoming and friendly, surpassing the usual hospitality standards. The central location was convenient for various activities, though there were isolated issues with a super bad stink. The dining experience with much-needed air conditioning was extensive and delicious. Overall, a value-for-money stay with some minor drawbacks.
